Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage warehouse inventory, ensure stock accuracy, maintain proper reconciliation, and monitor inventory movement through WMS/ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control warehouse inventory with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
- Monitor inventory movements, adjustments, shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with inbound, outbound, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO compliance and stock ageing control.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and ageing inventory.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation for inventory transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and SOPs.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management will be an added advantage.
- Ideal CandidateMinimum 6 years of relevant warehouse/inventory experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes.
- Good knowledge of Excel and WMS/ERP systems.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
