Training will be provided to the selected candidate in end-to-end factory and business operations, including:
- Office and administrative activities
- Factory production planning and execution
- Product dispatch and delivery coordination
- Stock and inventory management
- Machine operation, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Production monitoring and process improvement
- Customer and order management
The candidate will be expected to learn and understand the complete functioning of the factory, from production and inventory to dispatch and business operations.
The role will also involve identifying opportunities to improve the overall business through AI-based solutions, internal software systems,
process automation, digital tools and new marketing initiatives.

- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Mathematics or Physics
- Robust analytical and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work and learn across both office and factory environments
- Interest in technology, AI, software and business improvement
- Candidates should be willing to take responsibility and learn the business end-to-end
