Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce FSL Technical Lead/Architect
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in
Salesforce Service Cloud
and
Experience Cloud
, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, define solution architecture, and guide development teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions right the first time.

This role combines business consulting, solution architecture, technical leadership, and delivery governance responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and SMEs to understand business processes and gather requirements.
- Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions,



and business process assessments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging FSL, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

Solution Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions for complex service operations.
- Define solution blueprints, data models, security models, integrations, and deployment approaches.
- Drive detailed solution design discussions and produce functional and technical design documents.
- Provide architectural oversight to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
- Review business requirements and proactively identify risks, gaps, and dependencies.

Technical Leadership
- Lead and mentor developers, administrators, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
