BedR is looking for a Head of Technology to take complete ownership of our technology function. You'll be a strong Flutter developer at the core, comfortable operating across our broader stack, owning our product and engineering roadmap, leading a small dev team, and directly shipping features across our web platform and Flutter mobile apps.

What you'll do:
- Own BedR's Flutter mobile apps (2 in development) and web platform (Node.js, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker) end to end
- Define and execute the technical roadmap in line with business goals
- Be the primary hands-on developer building and shipping Flutter features
- Drive AI integrations into our products (LLM APIs, AI-assisted workflows, automation)
- Bring strong HCI/product thinking — not just implementation, but usability and user experience
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices using Docker




- Directly manage and mentor our team of junior/mid-level developers
- Own security, data privacy, and technical documentation

What we're looking for:
- Degree from a top-tier institution (IIT or equivalent) preferred
- Solid proficiency in Flutter — this is a senior Flutter developer role first
- Working exposure to the PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express/Node.js, React, Next.js) and TypeScript
- Working knowledge of AWS and Docker
- Demonstrated experience integrating AI into a shipped product
- Genuine interest in human-computer interaction and product thinking
- Prior experience owning a product/tech function, ideally at an early-stage startup
- Comfortable being fully hands-on in a small, fast-moving team

Compensation:
₹ up to 15 LPA CTC, based on experience
