Key Responsibilities:

1. BTL Activations & Execution
- Plan and execute BTL activities such as in-store promotions, sampling drives, society activations, and local events.
- Manage end-to-end execution including vendor coordination, manpower, and logistics.
- Ensure timely rollout as per marketing calendar.

2. In-Store Visibility & Merchandising
- Drive execution of display elements such as freezer branding, shelf strips, danglers, standees, sunboards etc., and other displays.
- Ensure visibility guidelines are implemented across key outlets.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain execution quality.

3. Sampling & Consumer Engagement
- Execute product sampling (regular and thematic) to drive trials and conversions.
- Identify high-footfall locations and optimize sampling ROI.
- Capture consumer feedback and actionable insights

4. B2C Exhibitions & Events (Pan-India)
- Plan and execute participation in B2C exhibitions, trade fairs, and consumer events across India.
- Coordinate stall design, branding, logistics, product display, and sampling at events.
- Manage agencies, vendors,



and on-ground teams for seamless execution.
- Track leads, consumer interactions, and post-event ROI analysis.

5. Retail & Channel Coordination
- Support retailer engagement initiatives including WhatsApp communication and promotions
- Align with GT, MT channel requirements

6. Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage agencies, promoters, and vendors for activations and events
- Track budgets, raise POs, and ensure cost efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation and billing processes

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as visibility, sampling conversion, footfall engagement, and sales uplift
- Submit weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations
- Track competitor activities and market trends

Key Requirements:
- Educational qualifications: - bachelors in marketing, Business Administration or any related field. Non-MBA with valuable field experience can also apply.
