Key Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare / hospital recruitment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in volume hiring of healthcare professionals, especially Nurses, Technicians, and other hospital/clinical staff.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to handle recruitment data, MIS, and basic data analytics.
- Well-versed with job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment setting.
- Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
