This is a hands-on, revenue-accountable builder role-not a brand marketing or theoretical strategy position. You will own the complete GTM lifecycle: sales enablement, lead generation, outbound prospecting frameworks, pricing strategy, and pipeline conversion. Combining direct B2B sales strategy with daily AI automation, you must have a proven track record of taking new offers to market and converting them into closed-won revenue. Mission Responsibilities
- Sales Pipeline Engine Architecture: Design, launch, and optimize high-converting B2B sales and lead generation workflows targeting U.S. SMBs.
- Sales Enablement Execution: Build outbound prospecting campaigns, sales pitch decks, closing scripts,



and objection-handling playbooks to ensure high pipeline conversion.
- Commercial Positioning Pricing: Translate customer insights and ICP analysis directly into offer packaging, competitive pricing models, and high-converting commercial messaging.
- AI-Driven Prospecting Optimization: Deploy daily AI tools and automation to optimize lead scraping, personalized outbound sequences, competitive analysis, and rapid campaign iteration.
- Pipeline Metrics Ownership: Own top-of-funnel quota metrics-measuring success strictly on qualified pipeline generated, cost per qualified chance, and initial sales conversion rates.
