The festival acts as a catalyst in taking up multifaceted environmental issues, sharing available knowledge, highlighting the deep interconnectedness between sectors and issues and encouraging critical thinking. Its unique twin-track approach to organizing competitive and travelling film festivals and environment forums has successfully created a strong network of Indian and international filmmakers, researchers, environmentalists, journalists, students and nature lovers.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Be well-versed with editing software to support the organizations multimedia needs.
- Assist in organizing film festivals and forums,



including planning and executing events with attention to financial and time constraints.
- Create informative and interesting short videos, infographics, posters, and related communication materials.
- Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies through social media and newsletters.
- Research and negotiate with vendors to secure the best combination of quality and cost for event-related services.
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems as they arise.
- Assist in maintaining festival databases and managing necessary updates.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful event experience for all attendees.
- Coordination, and facilitation for logistics of the festival, workshops and other events.
