Role & responsibilities
- Develop and calibrate TCAD models for advanced logic and memory technology nodes
- Use the developed models to quantify device-level impact of process changes
- Simulate process integration flows for the latest technology nodes
- Build physics-based models to capture nanoscale device phenomena
- Work with other simulation engineers to guide the development and optimization of next generation semiconductor production equipment

Preferred candidate profile
- Ph.D. in Microelectronics, Physics with a strong background in semiconductor device physics and semiconductor process technology
- At least 2 years of Post doctorate / industry experience
- Possesses strong knowledge of process integration flows for advanced technology nodes
- Experience in Hands-on cleanroom/Fab in PVD/CVD/ALD processes
- Familiar with more than one TCAD simulator is preferred
- Strong strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a challenging and rapid-paced customer-focused and industrial environment
- Fluency in Japanese is preferred
- Open to travel when needed
