About the Role:

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who’s more than just “good with tools.”

Responsibilities:
- Create scroll-stopping graphics,



reels, and videos for campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Spot viral trends, memes, transitions, and edits, and adapt them for The Urban Chief and our client brands.
- Work with our marketing team to convert campaign briefs into visual stories.
- Handle projects from concept → design → edit → publish-ready output.
- Maintain brand identity while ensuring content is fresh, modern, and bold.
- Manage timelines and deliver multiple creative assets with speed & quality.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools.

A portfolio that shows your trend awareness and creativity.

Strong grasp of social media-first content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels, LinkedIn posts, etc.).

A go-getter mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm to grow every day.

Nice to Have
- Knowledge of motion graphics & animation.
- Basic photogra
