Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with experience working in an IT Services, Outsourcing, BPO, KPO, Staffing, Consulting, or Professional Services organisation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Canva, Email Marketing, and Zoho Campaigns/Zoho Marketing Automation, along with expertise in building digital campaigns that generate leads, strengthen employer branding, and enhance online visibility. The candidate should have experience promoting service-based businesses through social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and brand-building initiatives while working closely with sales, recruitment, and business development teams.
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Drive inbound marketing initiatives for IT services, outsourcing, consulting, staffing, or qualified service offerings.
- Plan quarterly and monthly marketing calendars based on business objectives.




Social Media Branding
- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Design engaging marketing creatives, presentations, banners, and social media posts using Canva.
- Create employer branding campaigns to attract clients and talent.
- Build thought leadership through employee branding, client success stories, blogs, and corporate campaigns.
Email Marketing Zoho Campaigns
- Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, or similar platforms.
- Develop newsletters, promotional campaigns, drip campaigns, and automated email workflows.
- Segment audiences for targeted B2B campaigns.
Lead Generation
- Execute digital campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Support Business Development and Sales teams through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign management.
