3. Facilitation Handholding for the identification execution of High impact Improvement Projects
4. Seek the required training and learning initiatives to maximize the own capabilities, having the most suitable role to reach the own fulfillment, being aligned with the Company Vision.
5. Conducting Training Programs on 7 QC Tools , 5S, Kaizen, Lean Management, PDCA DWM
6. Plan conduct the review for the improvement projects.

Work in close coordination with all related departments for the various CI projects and provide potential solutions of improvements to Quality, production, maintenance, warehouse, and other departments.
8. Preparation of various presentations for the management reviews
9. Project Management coordination for all ongoing recent development and installation projects
10. Proactively look for any opportunity to improve Company business and profitability by new products, equipment and technologies development, based on suitable, quantitative and shared analysis. Lead development of new products and their industrialization process, as well as the continuous improvement and the redesign of the existing ones, as per Global Vision.
11. Provide support to the Company functions in detecting the production process and products failures, identifying the root causes and leading the related improvement till the standardization.
