Roles and responsibilities
- Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate month end MIS
- Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L; schedules
- Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entries
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.
- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure.
- Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.

Qualification, Experience/Competencies
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is must
- Prior Experience of working with US clients in GCC or Captive/Controllership roles preferable




- +10 years of relevant experience in GL domain
- Exceptional people management skills
- Process orientated, committed to achieving process excellence, Client Management
- Knowledge of automation, Quality improvements
- Ready to work as individual contributor as and when required
- Experience in automation or transformation of F&A; processes

- Solid interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical, Time Management and Good Presentation skills
- Organized with keen attention to detail

Technology/ERP
- Must have substantial ERP experience – SAP, Oracle, D365, Blackline
- Understanding of latest tools and technology – Workflow, Digital Dashboards
