Role: Bench Sales Lead (Individual Contributor Role)

Location: Near DLF, Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Onsite)

We are looking for a high-performing Bench Sales Lead who can independently drive end-to-end bench marketing, vendor engagement, and candidate submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Market bench consultants across various technologies

✔️ Build & maintain solid relationships with Prime Vendors / Direct Clients

✔️ Independently generate requirements and ensure consistent submissions

✔️ Handle negotiations, follow-ups, and closures

✔️ Work with H1B, GC & USC candidates

What We’re Looking For:

? 8 –10+ years of strong Bench Sales experience

? Proven individual contributor with excellent communication

? Strong vendor connections and previous success with Direct Clients

? Ability to handle the team and getting the good number of Closures.
