Job Overview:
We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Associate to manage our digital presence, execute marketing campaigns, generate leads, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow company presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns
- Generate leads through organic and paid marketing channels
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversions
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Develop new ideas to improve brand visibility and customer acquisition
- Coordinate with creative and sales teams for marketing initiatives
- Prepare basic reports on campaign and marketing performance
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing or Social Media Marketing
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred
- Solid communication and analytical skills
- Creative, proactive and result-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple marketing activities independently
