Role Summary:

The Lead IT Procurement will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for IT products, services, and infrastructure requirements across the organization. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, and ensuring timely procurement of hardware, software, networking, cloud services, and IT-related solutions. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams, to support business objectives while maintaining compliance with procurement policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management
- Lead the procurement of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud services, and technology solutions.
- Manage the complete procurement process from requirement gathering, RFQ/RFP issuance, bid evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of IT assets to support business continuity and project timelines.




- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and improve supplier performance.

Vendor & Contract Management:
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic IT vendors and OEM partners.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, SLAs, warranties, and support agreements to maximize value for the organization.
- Maintain solid relationships with key vendors and monitor their performance against agreed KPIs.
- Review and manage contracts, renewals, licensing agreements, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).

Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Drive initiatives related to vendor consolidation, strategic sourcing, and procurement automation.
- Develop category management strategies for IT procurement.
- Achieve annual cost savings and procurement efficiency targets.

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and business team
