We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible IT Helper to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresher who has a basic understanding of computers, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn.

You will work closely with the IT team and assist with day-to-day technical and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the IT team with day-to-day computer and technical support activities.
- Help with basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, internet, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in setting up computers, peripherals, software, and user accounts.
- Support employees with basic IT-related queries.
- Maintain and organize IT equipment, cables, accessories, and other inventory.
- Assist with installation and updating of software under the guidance of the IT team.
- Escalate technical issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Maintain basic records of IT assets and support activities.
- Follow IT policies,



security guidelines, and company procedures.
- Take up other IT-related tasks as assigned by the team.

- Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, MS Office, internet, and common hardware.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving approach.
- Should be comfortable working with different people and assisting them.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/networking will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
