Job Title: Sales Executive – ELV Systems

About the Role :Falcon Infosystems is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 1+ year of experience in the ELV, Security Systems, Electrical, Networking, or IT Infrastructure industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and client referrals.
- Identify customer requirements and promote ELV solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Structured Cabling, Networking, and BMS.
- Meet prospective clients and deliver product and solution presentations.
- Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the Pre-Sales/Design team.




- Follow up on proposals and convert leads into successful business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Projects and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new ELV technologies.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of ELV systems and solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in ELV, Security Systems, Electrical, Networking, IT Infrastructure, or a related industry.
