Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and maintain import and export documentation accurately.
- Handle shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (B/L), Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin, and Insurance documents.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, transporters, and CHA for timely shipment clearance.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, and international trade policies.
- Process import/export orders and maintain shipment records.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers and internal departments.
- Prepare and submit documents required for customs clearance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and logistics partners regarding shipment schedules.
- Maintain records related to LC (Letter of Credit), Bank Documentation, and export incentives, where applicable.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies and shipment-related issues promptly.
- Update ERP/Tally/Excel with shipment and documentation details.
- Generate reports on shipment status, pending documentation, and logistics activities.
- Ensure timely filing and proper maintenance of all import-export records.
- Assist in obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and certifications for international trade.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in Import & Export Documentation.
- Including All Compliance.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
