Job Overview

Doing Front desk jobs in bank branch are responsible for taking care of guests and customers concerns. Also mainly involves interacting with clients either in person or through phone calls, refer more work details to apply Axis bank careers in Anantapur.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch,
- Provide excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of the Anantapur bank branch,
- Direct visitors to the appropriate bank officer as per their concern.
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as per request
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable,



with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, pins, forms etc)
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
Qualifications
- Candidate must be graduate
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
- Should be local or native from Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic computer and MS office knowledge
