Salary: ₹40,000–₹70,000/month
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Recruitment & Operations Coordinator to support construction labour recruitment and workforce coordination for Canadian projects.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen Spanish-speaking construction workers.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding and deployment.
- Communicate with workers in Spanish and Canadian teams in English.
- Manage worker schedules, attendance, availability, and queries.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with operations and site teams.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare reports.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish & English – Mandatory
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or operations.
- Construction/trades recruitment experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working Canadian night-shift hours from India.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and WhatsApp.
