Job Title: Sr. Manager

Purpose of the Role: To lead and manage integrated facility management operations across multiple client locations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, statutory compliance, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

* Oversee end-to-end facility management operations including soft services, hard services, transport, and vendor management.

* Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems.

* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

* Drive operational excellence through SOPs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.

* Conduct regular governance meetings and present operational performance reports.

* Ensure achievement of client satisfaction and retention targets.





* Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Team Leadership

* Lead and mentor facility managers, engineers, supervisors, and support staff.

* Establish performance objectives and conduct periodic reviews.

* Drive employee engagement, training, and capability development.

Financial Management

* Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and profitability of assigned accounts.

* Review monthly P&L;, revenue, and expense performance.

* Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.

* Ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.

Vendor & Contract Management

* Manage service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

* Conduct vendor evaluations and performance reviews.

* Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial effectiveness.
