Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives, ensuring cost savings, quality improvements, and increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive value.
- Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products/services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions.

Job Requirements :
- 7-12 years of experience in engineering services & consulting industry with expertise in strategic sourcing.
- Robust understanding of cost estimation techniques (e.g., RFQs) and ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Proven track record of developing successful partnerships with vendors/suppliers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
