Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Spray Polisher for our interior and modular furniture production unit. The candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, spray painting, polishing, finishing, and ensuring high-quality finishing of furniture and interior components.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform spray polishing and finishing on MDF, plywood, veneer, wood, and other interior furniture components.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, puttying, and cleaning before polishing.
- Apply PU, NC, melamine, lacquer, primer, sealer, and other approved finishes as required.
- Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, polishing machines, and related tools.
- Ensure proper colour, shade, gloss level, texture, and finishing quality as per approved samples.




- Identify and correct defects such as scratches, bubbles, uneven coating, colour variation, dust marks, and runs.
- Follow the required mixing ratios and application procedures for paints, thinners, hardeners, and chemicals.
- Maintain proper spray booth cleanliness and follow dust-control procedures.
- Complete polishing work within the given production schedule.
- Coordinate with carpenters, production supervisors, and quality-control staff.
- Handle materials and chemicals safely and maintain proper housekeeping.
- Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper use of polishing materials.
- Perform rework and touch-up work whenever required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of spray painting and furniture polishing techniques.
- Experience with PU/NC/Melamine/Lacquer finishes is preferred.
- Ability to achieve smooth and consistent finishing.
