We are seeking skilled and versatile Diploma holders with specialization in Electronics, for example (1) power converter, (2) Battery Chargers, (3) PCB layout design (4) Circuit Simulation etc.
This role involves manufacturing, trouble shooting, and optimizing electronic circuits for battery chargers and controllers for various power levels and battery chemistry.
The ideal candidate will use expertise in electronics circuitry, using latest semiconductor components, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, and SCRs, to drive project innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Person will be responsible for productivity and quality of Charger Manufacturing line.
• Person will be also responsible of day-to-day trouble shooting of various production and quality related issues on manufacturing line.
• Improve circuit design for performance,
quality and customer feedback • Design circuits, create schematic diagrams, PCB layouts, and Gerber files for mixed signal circuits incorporating motors, converters, and microcontrollers.
• Optimize conversion ratios, switching strategies, and protection circuits for chargers handling low- and high-watt outputs.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform simulations, and present findings effectively.
• Must work independently, hands on, and lead by example
