Title: Global Business Development Associate

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

Research companies across North America, Europe, Middle East, APAC, and other global markets.

Identify the right decision makers within target organizations.

Build and maintain prospect databases.

Send personalized business introduction emails.

Manage structured follow-up campaigns until meaningful engagement is established. Qualify potential opportunities.

Schedule meetings between prospective clients and our Directors.

Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports.

Prepare a short briefing before every scheduled client meeting.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong internet research and analytical skills.

High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with LinkedIn, company databases, and online research tools.

Self-motivated, eager to learn,



and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Strong business communication and email-writing skills.

Ability to identify and qualify business opportunities.

Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.

Ability to manage multiple research assignments simultaneously.

Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
