Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Client Partner / Sales Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in B2B sales, account management, client engagement, and revenue growth.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing US-based clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-up calls.
- Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, operations,



and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, revenue targets, and sales pipelines.
- Address client concerns promptly and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and developments within the US market.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
