Position: Travel Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Travel Coordinator to manage travel arrangements, coordinate itineraries, and ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, coordination, booking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for clients.
- Handle flight, hotel, transfer, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
- Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries and schedules.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Communicate with clients regarding travel plans, confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
- Monitor flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
- Ensure all travel documents, booking confirmations, vouchers, and invoices are properly maintained.
- Provide assistance with travel-related queries and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Coordinate airport transfers, transportation, and other ground arrangements.




- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive rates where required.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records in CRM or travel management systems.
- Follow up on pending payments, confirmations, and travel documents.
- Ensure clients receive timely updates before and during their trip.
- Handle emergencies and last-minute travel changes efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and travel partners.

Required Skills
