Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire tender process from bid solicitation to contract award, ensuring timely submission of tenders and meeting client expectations.
- Prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical specifications, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for government tenders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure accurate completion of tender documentation.
- Requirements.:
- Prepare and maintain Bid Synopsis, Compliance Matrix, Document Checklist and Bid Submission Checklist.
- Prepare and consolidate pre-bid queries and coordinate responses with customers.
- Review and incorporate corrigenda, amendments and clarifications issued by customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Technical, Finance, Legal, OEM and Management teams for timely bid submission.
- Coordinate with OEMs for OEM authorization, compliance documents, technical datasheets, undertakings and other required documents.
- Coordinate with Finance for EMD, tender fees, BG, turnover certificates, CA certificates and financial documents.




- Ensure all bid documents are properly signed, stamped, notarized/attested, scanned and uploaded as per tender requirements.
- Independently manage submissions through GeM, IREPS, IRWCMS, CPPP and other government/e-tender portals.
- Ensure timely completion of technical and commercial submissions within stipulated deadlines.
- Maintain a proper database of submitted bids, POs, work orders, completion certificates, EMD/BG details and tender documentation.
- Track tender outcomes, participate in technical/commercial clarifications, and support post-bid activities.
- Analyze bids received from competitors to identify opportunities for improvement in future submissions.

Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in e-tendering, government sales, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of government procurement processes and regulations (GEM Portal).
- Proficiency in preparing complex tenders
