Amend Dental Centre is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at Perinthalmanna.

Location: Perinthalmanna, Kerala

Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Lead and supervise doctors, dental assistants, front-office, and support staff
- Monitor branch performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality
- Manage staff attendance, discipline, and performance
- Coordinate with the management and different departments
- Monitor branch expenses, inventory, and operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive branch growth, patient retention,



and revenue targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 12 to 17 years of experience in branch management, healthcare administration, or a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational and problem-solving abilities
- Target-oriented and qualified approach
