Job Summary

Oceanways Shipments is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to identify and develop new business opportunities for its freight and logistics solutions.

The role involves researching potential business clients, generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and converting opportunities into successful business.

This is a performance-based role, where earnings are linked to successful closures, with no fixed earning cap based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential business clients who require export and freight solutions
- Conduct market research to identify relevant prospects and target companies
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Reach out to potential clients through appropriate channels




- Understand prospect requirements and communicate the value of Oceanways Shipments' services
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Manage and follow up on leads throughout the sales funnel
- Negotiate and work towards successful conversions
- Maintain proper records of prospects and follow-ups
- Work independently and manage daily activities in a remote setting

Requirements
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales
- Strong ability to identify and qualify potential clients
- Good research and market analysis skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
