Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Saket. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue for client brands.



Daily responsibilities include conducting audience and market research, setting campaign objectives and budgets, managing ad creatives with the content and design teams, and monitoring performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. The role involves A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and ongoing refinement of targeting and messaging to improve campaign efficiency. The Performance Marketer will collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to align campaigns with brand strategy, prepare regular performance reports, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
