About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Substitute Teacher to step in for Middle School classes as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly adapt to different subjects, maintain classroom discipline, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
- Prior teaching/classroom experience required (middle school level preferred)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and teaching styles
- Punctual, reliable, and available on short notice
