- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand technical requirements and identify candidates with relevant IT skills, experience, and domain expertise.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
- Manage offer negotiation, offer rollout, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS/MIS.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for niche and generic IT skills.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand changing requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.




- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
- Maintain recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, joining ratios, and TAT.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 25 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, software development roles, and technical skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong Boolean search and candidate sourcing skills.
- Experience hiring for Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Testing, ERP, and other IT technologies is preferred.
