Role & responsibilities - Generate new leads and develop business opportunities through calls, references, field visits and other channels.

Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements for UPVC windows and doors.

Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order confirmation.

Visit customer sites for measurements, discussions and product presentations when required.

Coordinate with the production, installation and site teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and develop long-term relationships.

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile - Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

13 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Building Material industry preferred.

Experience in UPVC Windows, Aluminium Windows, Doors,



Glass, Construction or related industry will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.

Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and quotation preparation.

Target-oriented, self-motivated and responsible.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Candidates with a valid driving licence and two-wheeler will be preferred.
