- Work on the OS&D; process, including tracking and resolving issues related to over, short, and damaged goods.
- Monitor video feeds of freight/shipments to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.
- Investigate and update core systems for each transaction related to any category of OS&D; goods.
- Coordinate with different terminals in freight logistics terminals to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of cases, shipments, and logistics activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all operations.
