Job Description – Calling & Dealer Support Executive

About the Role

We are looking for Calling & Dealer Support Executives to support our ongoing pilot initiative. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling incoming installation requests, coordinating with dealers and OEM personnel, and ensuring that relevant information is communicated effectively.

This is a 6-month pilot engagement, during which we are evaluating the operational process while technology solutions are being developed to streamline and automate these activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers/dealers regarding installation and service requirements.
- Join and actively participate in relevant dealer WhatsApp groups.
- Share important and relevant information with dealer and OEM personnel through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Respond to and coordinate incoming installation requests.




- Qualify installation requests by collecting required information and understanding the nature of the requirement.
- Create and update service tickets based on qualified installation requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, and OEM personnel to ensure timely action on service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, requests, follow-ups, and ticket status.
- Follow up on pending requests and ensure proper closure or escalation.
- Identify recurring issues or gaps and share feedback with the relevant team.

Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and calling skills.
- Comfortable communicating with dealers, customers, and OEM personnel.
- Positive knowledge of WhatsApp and basic computer applications.
- Ability to understand and accurately record service/installation requirements.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, service coordination, dealer
