Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding,



personnel records management, and coordination of employee benefits and payroll-related documentation. This full-time, in office role, based in Jodhpur, will support HR policy implementation, assist with performance management processes, and help maintain compliance with applicable labor regulations. The specialist will respond to employee inquiries, support employee relations initiatives, and contribute to engagement, training, and retention programs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment activities, organizing interviews, managing offer and joining formalities, and preparing HR reports and dashboards. The role requires close coordination with management and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent, fair, and supportive workplace.
