About the Role

NeoSOFT Technologies is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Motion Graphic Designer with at least 2-4 years of experience to support our branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms.

1. Conceptualize and develop visual ideas based on project requirements.
2. Design flyers, brochures, videos, marketing collaterals to support digital marketing initiatives.
3. Create website design elements and assets for the front-end development team.
4. Develop ad creatives for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
5. Proficiently work with design tools such as Photoshop,



Illustrator, Premiere pro, After Effect, Figma, canva, and PowerPoint.
6. Research and incorporate new design trends into ongoing projects.
7. Design for a variety of digital mediums including websites, social media, and presentations.
8. Communicate ideas effectively through compelling visual storytelling, illustration, graphic design, and typography.
9. Create clear and engaging infographics by converting complex information into simple, visual formats.
10. Generate fresh, creative, and out-of-the-box design concepts for marketing and communication needs.
