We are a women's garment export factory in Faridabad looking for an Industrial Engineer with hands-on experience in garment manufacturing not a general IE background.
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing Operation Bulletins (OB) directly from sketches and tech packs
- Calculating SAM using GSD methodology
- Building costing sheets and quotations for buyer orders
- Working closely with merchandising, pattern, and production teams to validate operation breakdowns before bulk production
- Supporting line balancing and productivity tracking on the shop floor
Must have:
- 5–7 years in a garment/apparel export manufacturing unit (mandatory — please do not apply if your IE experience is from another industry)
- Hands-on experience preparing OB from tech pack/sketch, not just theoretical knowledge
- Working knowledge of GSD or equivalent SAM calculation methodology
- Experience in costing and buyer quotation preparation
- Comfortable working with production, merchandising, and pattern teams directly
