1. Make outbound B2B calls to hospitals, and educational facilities to identify their

imaging requirements.

2. Answer incoming technical queries regarding product specifications, imaging

software, and compatibility.

3. Coordinate with Sales Team and Application Team to book on-site or virtual product

demonstrations.

4. Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills to explain technical

concepts clearly to professionals.

5. A solid foundational understanding of microscopy/ophthalmology techniques, digital

imaging, and lab workflows.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to remain calm and qualified while assisting frustrated customers with

technical difficulties.
