Key Responsibilities
- Design new stamping dies based on project requirements
- Develop and finalize stamping die layouts for NPD (Recent Product Development)
- Conduct stamping feasibility studies along with internal teams
- Lead DFM (Design for Manufacturing) discussions with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Coordinate with tool room teams for production die improvements and NPD dies
- Follow up on die manufacturing, assembly, trials, and final qualification
- Work closely with external suppliers for debugging and technical solutions
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with quality standards
- Maintain all design-related documents as per ISO / IATF procedures
- Support additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
