Role & responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and conduct CSR audits at manufacturing sites, suppliers, or company facilities.
- Evaluate compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Review company policies, procedures, records, and documentation related to CSR compliance.
- Conduct employee and management interviews to verify compliance with CSR standards.
- Inspect workplaces to assess working conditions, health and safety measures, and environmental practices.
- Identify non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare accurate audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations.
- Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.




- Ensure compliance with customer codes of conduct and international standards such as ISO 26000, SA8000, as applicable.
- Maintain audit records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Provide guidance and training on CSR requirements and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, environmental regulations, and CSR standards.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Skilled certification in auditing (e.g., Lead Auditor, SA8000, SMETA, ISO 19011) is preferred.
- Experience in CSR, compliance, social auditing, or sustainability is an advantage.
