Job Summary:

The candidate should have atleast 2 yrs experience in the Site Execution works of apartments as well as Villas.The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality control, adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and timely completion of works. The role requires coordination between different departments, contractors, and suppliers to achieve smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate tasks to site teams, and ensure effective utilization of labor and materials.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors for site execution and progress updates.
- Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship through regular inspections.
- Verify and maintain site records including work progress, material receipts, and labor attendance.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.




- Ensure all works comply with safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, material planning, and cost control.
- Resolve site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide updates on site status and challenges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
- 2 years of relevant experience in building construction of High rise building as well as Villas , preferably in commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site reporting tools.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Leadership ability to manage labor and subcontractors effectively.
