Job Description:

Troubleshoot and maintain all technology pertaining to the AV System

1. Provide ongoing Video Conferencing technical support.
2. Handle & keep AV/ VC device up-to-date
3. Proper testing of AV units regularly
4. Maintain daily report & updates
5. Co-ordinate with Local & PAN India support team/ OEMs regarding demos, product support, RMA
6. Daily reporting activity from in-house and on field
7. Manager and maintain RMA and demos stock detail
