Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Automobile Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of an automotive dealership branch in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in automobile sales, dealership operations, customer relationship management, team leadership, business development, and revenue growth.

The Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, managing dealership staff, monitoring branch performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete automobile dealership branch operations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the automobile sales team.
- Monitor showroom performance, leads, conversions, and customer walk-ins.




- Develop strategies for automobile sales growth and business development.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, vehicle allocation, billing, and delivery processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, Insurance, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) teams.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Conduct local marketing activities and generate recent business opportunities.
- Ensure dealership standards, processes, and company policies are followed.
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch employees.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify new market opportunities within Bangalore and surrounding areas.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10 years of experience in automobile dealership management.
- Experience as Branch Manager, Showroom Manager, Sales Manager, or Automobile Dealership Man
