Job Details
- Position: Sales Executive
- Location: Kharadi, Pune – In office
- Experience: Freshers to Experienced – No experience limit
- Education: Any Graduate / Any Background
- Work Schedule: Rotational shifts
- Joining: Immediate
- Compensation: Up to ₹40,000 + Incentives based on experience and performance
What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with potential B2B clients
- Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads
- Reach prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions
- Build relationships with decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
- Work closely with senior sales leaders and internal teams
