About the Company

EVERGO Tours operates as the backend office of the Wordcraft Group of Companies – UAE, a diversified business group with operations across legal translation, PRO services, travel, education, business setup, and early childhood education.

The group includes Wordcraft Legal Translation, Wordcraft PRO, EVERGO Tours, Balloon Nursery, and Wordcraft Institute. Our Kerala-based team supports the UAE operations through customer service, admissions, sales, administration, documentation, coordination, and other business support functions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Admission Executive cum Student Counsellor to join our team and support our education and admission-related operations.

The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, understanding their academic and career goals, providing appropriate course and admission guidance, following up with prospective students,



and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident and friendly approach, solid counselling abilities, and a genuine interest in helping students make suitable academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from students and parents through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, career goals, and course preferences.
- Provide accurate information and guidance regarding available courses, programs, admission procedures, eligibility, and related requirements.
- Counsel prospective students and help them identify suitable academic or career-oriented programs.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents to move enquiries towards admission.
- Maintain and update student enquiry, follow-up, and admission records accurately.
