Role & responsibilities

Daily PPM monitoring of all lines
Daily analysis of faults/ defects

To have Daily Quality Meeting with IPQA

To make CAPA/ 8D / CAR for the defect received from customer , internal or external
Verification and validation of machine programs of SPI and AOI

To make Monthly Quality Objective of the Dept.

Profile setting with Profiler

To identify DFM issues in current product

To qualify the process by preparing PQS ( Process qulaification sheet)

Making periodic PQS ( Process Qualification Sheets)

Periodic profile validation in oven

To assess and identify the potential risks in SMT

Making/ updating new WIs and other formats
Daily check of formats in Dept.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech. ECE
