QA/QC Engineer – Civil Construction

Job Summary:
We are hiring a QA/QC Engineer with 5+ years of experience in civil construction and building projects. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards across site activities and ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage IR, MIR, ITPs, checklists, NCRs, and quality reports.
- Monitor material quality and coordinate required testing.
- Conduct/monitor concrete slump, cube, and other site quality tests.
- Identify quality deviations and coordinate corrective actions.




- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site teams, and clients during inspections.
- Maintain QA/QC records and support project audits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes and project specifications.

Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Valuable understanding of construction quality procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
